LPT: No matter how difficult life gets TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH

I am a dentist, and I see a lot of stuff but I notice a trend of when people are down on life they stop taking care of their teeth.

Teeth are EXPENSIVE to fix, replacing even more so. A tooth brush and tooth paste and some floss run you a couple dollars a month but they will save you THOUSANDS of dollars and days of pain.

Also do your care in this order: Floss, Mouth rinse, then brush and don't rise with anything afterwords.

Edit: reading the comments im so happy people are learning about the proper order! here is an explanation, The fluoride in the paste will strengthen the enamel and protect it while you sleep, if you rinse after u wash it away!

LPT: Treat ‘future You’ as a different person, someone you really care about. Eg: Clean your desk for tomorrow, fill the coffee machine with water for the morning, have gym bag ready to go to make things more efficient.

LPT: When making an "adult" call, introduce yourself in your greeting.

Say you're calling your doktor--or anybody where your name matters--make your greeting something like "Hello, this is [first and last name]. I'm calling about [whatever]."

As long as the person is actually paying attention ( lol ) it makes your call just a little faster and also, in my experience, makes the person on the other end a bit more helpful.

LPT Request: How do I become a cleaner person?

I've always been a slightly messy person (not disastrous where I dont clean anything but still messy). When I get new things or move into a new place, I always try my best to keep things absolutely pristine but as time goes on, I get messier and care less. How can I form habits to become more clean.
