Most people are wrong when approaching the schooling issue

People usually say "we don't learn useful things in school" or "we are forced to learn unuseful shi*", which is true and a good argument to start with.

But if we look deeper, we realize no matter how much or what you learn, it's still not good enough for everyone. THE REAL ARGUMENT should be getting rid of schools once and for all, spend that money on public learning centers for anyone to learn anything they want with no mandatory systems forced on them.

This will also benefit the trade workers who are better starting to learn the trade since their teen years instead of learning about mitochondria, and will remove the social stigma about school dropouts, as well as all the benefit overly smart kids and overly slow kids will get when they can go on their own speed.

TL;DR: Learn in case you need is old, get ahead of the time and learn on necessity.

Proof the education system is not for bettering children

You might know people who think that education is in their children's best interests. However that is not the purpose or intention of the education system. When we compare education law to other children's law, we see its true purposes. I will use Ontario as an example but you can copy this for your own jurisdiction.

Partners in education sector
(3) All partners in the education sector, including the Minister, the Ministry and the boards, have a role to play in enhancing student achievement and well-being, closing gaps in student achievement and maintaining confidence in the province’s publicly funded education systems. 2009, c. 25, s. 1.

Compulsory attendance
21 (1) Unless excused under this section,
(a) every person who attains the age of six years on or before the first school day in September in any year shall attend an elementary or secondary school on every school day from the first school day in September in that year until the person attains the age of 18 years; and

Bleak future, no more hope

I'm going to be forced back to school next year. I thought I could escape my parents. The entitlement they have to not expect me to constantly remind them of how they are ruining my life and yell at them about it, while continuing to ruin my life. I have a trick to temporarily stop them. I think my parents will be able to get past it quickly. I never thought I'd be here. I thought that my relatives would let me move in with them. All of them refused. Everyone has failed and abandoned me.

My dad is holding everything he can over my head to bully me into giving up. My mother is not making her position clear but implying that she opposes him. She done this in the past where she tries to make me think that she's on my side but then when my dad follows through on his threats she always sides with him. She is very manipulative, and has been trying other manipulation tactics. She is trying to make me think she still loves in supports me. But she has consistently ignored my opinions and feelings while claiming otherwise. She makes decisions for me without asking me and when I do voice my thoughts and opinions she changes nothing. But there's nothing they can do because there's nothing I dread and hate more than school. I have no one in my life who cares about me. My dog and cats have done more to try to make my life better than my parents have. All I have left is my pets and my hatred of my parents. I'm done hoping for good a feature and a happy future. I'm done fighting for my future.

What needs to Change Immediately

What needs to change: Timing (When School Starts and How long the day is) Everyone, especially children and teenagers like me, need enough to be healthy and to function properly. School also happens to be too long and boring nowadays.

Bathroom No one can tell you that you can’t go to the bathroom. That’s just wrong and should be illegal.

Breaks (Length and Summer Reading) Breaks should be slightly longer. Each break would have a few days added to it. The amount is also not enough. For example, we could add breaks in the middle of October and March. Summer Reading is pretty much useless and the books are not very enjoyable.

The Week (Monday to Friday) Honestly two days isn’t enough of a break. Friday should be an off day.

Strict or Terrible or Annoying Teachers This one needs no explanation.

Homework What's even the point? Homework for me makes me more stressed and confused about the subject. It really has no real value.
