-- Scientific or technical books? Yes! I earned a MS degree in computer information systems and worked over 25 years in highly technical IT positions. I can present your text with complete authenticity as I actually understand the words coming out of my mouth!

-- Karen Commin's accents and pace were perfect. If you don't have a southern accent by nature, it is not something that you can usually mimic in a believable manner (ie. take Julia Roberts in a number of her movies). That said, I am a believer and if Karen is not from the south, well we might as well say Welcome Home Damn Yankee and we'll grant her citizenship below the Mason Dixon line.

-- This is another highly enjoyable listen. The quality of this story and narration means I will be enjoying this tale time and time again.

-- Karen's narration is as real as Harriet is. I was totally engrossed and imagined that I was listening to Harriet's thoughts and snarky comments, rather than listening to a reader's narration of a book. I'd listen to another one of her renditions any day!

-- The narrator does so many different character voices it make you believe there are different people doing each character.

-- Ms. Commins has a very pleasant voice and made the information even more interesting. She narrates the book at a good speed and you don't feel like it is being rushed.

-- I don't think these books would be a great *read*, but I can tell you that they are a FANTASTIC *listen*. I love them!
