"Regardless of which evolutionary theory best applies to the natural history of H.glaber and Fukomys mole-rats, their shared (though unequal) defiance of Gompertzian aging demonstrates that exponentially-increasing hazard with advancing age is not a fixed property of mammalian biology. While it seems to be the default, evolutionary mechanisms have managed to dampen or eliminate it when provided with the right selective incentives."
Naked mole rats don't age because they do multiple things better than us. Klhoto is an easy target as it can be increase with some interventions, like perhaps fluvastatin and valsartan. So i think it's interesting to dig into the state of Klhoto in NKM.

"Besides, a significant expression of Kl mRNA was found in the liver of NMR, in contrast to RN (normal mouse), where no hepatic expression was detected. The Klotho expression was further confirmed at the protein level. Thus, the results of the present comparative study indicate a differential tissue expression of klotho between different species. Besides its important function in the kidney, Klotho might also be of significance in the liver of NMR. It is suggested that the hepatic extrarenal expression of klotho may function as a further longevity-related factor in supplement to the Klotho in the kidney. "
