INPA shows the passenger seat as unoccupied even though the occupancy sensor was bypassed by the previous owner. Did they make a mistake?

M5 bumper

Does anyone know of a M5 front bumper in North America or know someone who is selling there’s. My car got hit and I need a new one. A polypropylene one would be ideal
