A Board member of the Fisheries Research Advisory Board overseeing much of Australia's fisheries research, Frank was on the UWA medical school board, advisory committee for Telethon Kids Institute, the Primary Care Health Network (PCHN) Executive, and Medicare Local advisory committees. Frank has also been active in sports management, having been on the Board of the Champion Perth Wildcats basketball team, Basketball WA, and WA Sports Federation, and loves working for positive change; and fishing!
