I was watching the opening scene of restaurant row when I realized the locksmith who asked Doug what he was doing had “Scott Voss Locksmithing” written on the side of the van. If anyones familiar with Here Comes The Boom, starring Kevin James, then you will know that James’ character was named “Scott Voss” in that film. Just thought that was an interesting relation

Look first off good for them for being able to build a career out of 3/10 movies but holy shit are they unfunny and overrated. Shit like Step Brothers, Grownups, Paul Blart Mall Cop, etc. are all very boring shit movies. When I watched Grownups I laughed once. A SINGLE FUCKING TIME. It wasn’t even something that was supposed to be funny I laughed at a kids facial expression. A FUCKING 9 YEAR OLD THAT JUST LOOKED AT SOMETHING WEIRD WAS FUNNIER THAN PROFESSIONAL COMEDIANS. I hate seeing people claim that “omg the Office is so funny” or “Adam Sandler is hilarious” when their humor is based on awkward moments. Yes they have their funny jokes but my god is it rare. I was watching Grown Ups with a friend and he said that the mother breast feeding a 6 year old was hilarious and he would laugh his ass off when a scene had titty milk uncontrollably spraying out of her cause her dumb breastfeeding machine failed or whatever it was. Dont even get me started on Will Ferrel. His whole “comedy” shit is just him being weird and sometimes a man child. Like I do not wanna see 2 grown ass men living with their parents and living with their parents and laugh at that. And the issue is THEY ARE GOOD ACTORS. I’ve seen Steve Carrel and Adam Sandlers actual serious movies AND THEY ARE PHENOMENAL. I just don’t get why they chose boring and unfunny movies to build a career on.

EDIT: If it helps I’m not American but I do live in TX. I only came to the US 5 years ago. I think it could just be me not liking American humor in general.
