Skip domain layer, business logic belongs in ViewModels
Create use cases when appropriate. When there is some logic to be reused.
Create use cases for everything, even simple calls to repositories. ViewModels never accesses data layer.

I am leaning towards option 3 for consistency. But at the same time, that does require a bunch of boilerplate compared to option 1. I understand that the size of the app matters here too, but where does one draw that line?

Is there anywhere on github which has the latest Android Open Source Project (AOSP) files?

I found https://github.com/aosp-mirror but some of the repositories haven't been updated in years.

Is anyone else dealing with EXTREMELY slow app update approvals?

My app updates keep taking longer than a week to be approved now. Used to only take 3 to 6 hours per update. Is anyone else experiencing extremely long (week or longer) time to update apps now? Is it from the mass layoffs?

A couple of questions around Google Play test tracks & moving users to production

Hey all,

I've been running 'Open testing' alongside 'Production' tracks for the last couple of months but I'm just pushing an update that prompts users asking them to review my app. Those on a test track can only provide private developer feedback so I want to move them over to Production. I've 'Paused' the 'Open testing' track (I can't find anyway to actually remove/delete it), it's status is currently showing as 'Inactive'.

Despite this it still says I have '2,500 active testers', will those users get updates that I push to Production? or will they sit on the latest/old release for the 'Open testing' track?

And will they be able to review my app or will they still be considered in the 'Beta'? If they are still considered a tester is there anyway I can move them over to production so they will be able to review my app?
