Apparently this scene depicts a character resigning from something. And as you also can see, she's replaced the character's name with her own. Which does imply some things, but could just as well be Taey teasing the fanbase to see how we'll react.

But then today she post this screenshot lifted from another Instagram account.

Translation lifted from ultsootaeng on Twitter:

That an awful lot of smoke for there to be no fire. So what do people think, is this Taeyeon hinting that she is planning to not sign with SM again? Or are there alternate theories?
