Although I loved season 1, I got totally obsessed and enraptured after watching season 2. The chemistry, the slow burn, the deeper psychological analysis of the main characters, the humanization of the queen, the fact that Kate and Anthony are much hotter than Daphne and Simon in my opinion, or the acting of JB, who in my opinion is one of the best actors who have appeared in the last years and is incredible in all registers. . However I don't understand the animosity towards RJP which I have seen lately. I think that JB is an outstanding, nuanced actor. But I think that RJP is a good actor too and there are many scenes in season 1 which are proof of this, mainly in the last chapters. In fact, he's one of the few actors together with Eric in Sex Education, who make me laugh when they laugh. . In the same way, I don't understand people who say that he considers himself too big for the show. In my opinion it is rather the opposite. Maybe he could have stayed, he knew he could have a constant and renewed cash inflow, visibility and the swooning of plenty of audiences. On the contrary he decided to leave, perhaps because he prefers other genres or other kind of projects, and this is far from being a crime. I think he's well aware that he's a newcomer and doesn't have much revelance. I am sure he even knows that he has much to learn in the acting area and maybe prefers focusing on it rather than accepting big roles. What I see is someone who has always been nice, fun and polite, with a low profile on social media and public events, and who wants to go slow - he doesn't seem to me ungrateful or conceited. . I'm the one who is extremely thankful to him together with JB for the wonderful moments he has provided me with🥰🥰. And as an extra, he showed his bum😂.
