NATOのストルテンベルグ事務総長はきょう、都内の大学で講演し、ロシアによるウクライナへの侵攻は、武力の行使によって目的を達成する事が可能だというメッセージを中国に与えていると警告。
ヨーロッパだけではなく、世界の安全保障上の課題となっているとしたうえで、侵攻を非難し、ウクライナへの支援を続ける日本について、取り組みを歓迎するとしています。

Disebutkan langkah itu merupakan ide gila.
Hal ini dibeberkan Presiden Kroasia, Zoran Milanovic.
Ia mengkritik keras negara-negara barat karena memasok Ukraina dengan tank-tank berat dan senjata lainnya.
Kepala Negara Kroasi lantas menyebut gila untuk berpikir Rusia bisa dikalahkan dama perang konvensional di Ukraina.
"Saya menentang pengiriman senjata mematikan ke sana, itu akan memperpanjang perang," kata Milanovic.
Ia pun lantas mempertanyakan tujuan pemasokan senjata ke Ukraina.
Kemudian Milanovic membocorkan adanya pembicaraan untuk mencabik-cabik Rusia.
Bahkan ada yang menginginkan Rusia mengalami perpecahan.
Namun, sekali lagi ia menyebut langkah untuk mencapai tujuan itu adalah ide gila.
Menurutnya, apa yang Barat lakukan terhadap Ukraina sangat tidak bermoral.
Hal ini karena tidak ada solusi untuk menyelesaikan perang.
Sehingga pengiriman senjata bukan solusi mengakhiri konflik.
Dalam pernyataannya, Milanovic juga menyinggung soal Krimea.
Ia menerangkan, semenanjung Krimea yang dianeksasi dari Ukraina oleh Rusia pada tahun 2014, tidak akan pernah dikembalikan ke Kyiv.
Terkait sosoknya, Zoran Milanovic memenangkan pemilihan presiden di Kroasia pada 2019 sebagai kandidat liberal berhaluan kiri.
Ia menjadi tandingan dari pemerintah konservatif yang saat ini berkuasa di Uni Eropa dan negara anggota NATO.
Milanovic telah membangun reputasi sebagai pendukung presiden Rusia Vladimir Putin, sesuatu yang secara rutin dia bantah.
Hal ini dilakukan sejak itu dia mengkritik kebijakan Barat terhadap Rusia serta Balkan.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is visiting South Korea and Japan, urging Seoul to alter its arms exports policy in support of Ukraine. At a speech at the Chey Institute for Advanced Studies in Seoul, Stoltenberg thanked South Korea for providing non-lethal aid to Ukraine, but stressed that for allies to prevent autocracy and tyranny from winning, the country needs weapons. This month, the US and its allies pledged to provide main battle tanks, including the Abrams, Leopards and Challengers, to Ukraine.

The domain was added in the late 1980s by the Network Information Center for the use of NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, based on the rationale that none of the then existing top-level domains adequately reflected its status as an international organization. Soon after this addition, however, Paul Mockapetris, the designer of the DNS, suggested to NATO representatives that nato.int would be a better choice. The TLD .int was created for the use of international organizations, and NATO switch to using nato.int. Without use, the TLD nato was deleted in July 1996.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO /ˈneɪtoʊ/; French: Organisation du traité de l'Atlantique Nord; OTAN), also called the North Atlantic Alliance, is an intergovernmental military alliance based on the North Atlantic Treaty which was signed on 4 April 1949. The organization constitutes a system of collective defence whereby its member states agree to mutual defense in response to an attack by any external party. NATO's headquarters are located in Haren, Brussels, Belgium, where the Supreme Allied Commander also resides. Belgium is one of the 28 member states across North America and Europe, the newest of which, Albania and Croatia, joined in April 2009. An additional 22 countries participate in NATO's Partnership for Peace program, with 15 other countries involved in institutionalized dialogue programmes. The combined military spending of all NATO members constitutes over 70 percent of the global total. Members' defense spending is supposed to amount to 2 percent of GDP.

NATOのストルテンベルグ事務総長はきょう、都内の大学で講演し、ロシアによるウクライナへの侵攻は、武力の行使によって目的を達成する事が可能だというメッセージを中国に与えていると警告。
ヨーロッパだけではなく、世界の安全保障上の課題となっているとしたうえで、侵攻を非難し、ウクライナへの支援を続ける日本について、取り組みを歓迎するとしています。

「他国を侵攻しても良い。その考えを受け入れれば、危ういことになる」
また、NATOの拡張がウクライナ侵攻の引き金になったのではとの質問には、どんな理由をもってしても他国の侵攻は正当化できないとして強く否定しました。

Ia mengkritik keras negara-negara barat karena memasok Ukraina dengan tank-tank berat dan senjata lainnya.
Kepala Negara Kroasi lantas menyebut gila untuk berpikir Rusia bisa dikalahkan dama perang konvensional di Ukraina.
"Saya menentang pengiriman senjata mematikan ke sana, itu akan memperpanjang perang," kata Milanovic.
Ia pun lantas mempertanyakan tujuan pemasokan senjata ke Ukraina.
Kemudian Milanovic membocorkan adanya pembicaraan untuk mencabik-cabik Rusia.
Bahkan ada yang menginginkan Rusia mengalami perpecahan.
Namun, sekali lagi ia menyebut langkah untuk mencapai tujuan itu adalah ide gila.
Menurutnya, apa yang Barat lakukan terhadap Ukraina sangat tidak bermoral.
Hal ini karena tidak ada solusi untuk menyelesaikan perang.
Sehingga pengiriman senjata bukan solusi mengakhiri konflik.
Dalam pernyataannya, Milanovic juga menyinggung soal Krimea.
Ia menerangkan, semenanjung Krimea yang dianeksasi dari Ukraina oleh Rusia pada tahun 2014, tidak akan pernah dikembalikan ke Kyiv.
Terkait sosoknya, Zoran Milanovic memenangkan pemilihan presiden di Kroasia pada 2019 sebagai kandidat liberal berhaluan kiri.
Ia menjadi tandingan dari pemerintah konservatif yang saat ini berkuasa di Uni Eropa dan negara anggota NATO.
Milanovic telah membangun reputasi sebagai pendukung presiden Rusia Vladimir Putin, sesuatu yang secara rutin dia bantah.
Hal ini dilakukan sejak itu dia mengkritik kebijakan Barat terhadap Rusia serta Balkan.
Namun dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, ia secara terbuka menentang masuknya Finlandia dan Swedia ke dalam NATO.
Ia juga menolak menjadi tuan rumah pelatihan pasukan Ukraina di Kroasia.
Pada bulan Desember, anggota parlemen Kroasia menolak proposal bahwa negara tersebut bergabung dengan misi Uni Eropa untuk mendukung militer Ukraina.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he will not give his approval on Sweden’s application to be a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
This, after the Swedish government refused to hand over to Turkey’s jurisdiction a group of “terrorists” who have been identified to be connected to the Kurdish militant group.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has arrived in South Korea's capital Seoul, where he's due to meet with several high-level officials. It's the first stop on a trip aimed at strengthening ties with US allies in the face of the Ukraine war and rising competition with China. Stoltenberg will head to Japan on Monday. China and North Korea have criticised NATO's partnerships in Asia.

The domain .nato was a top-level domain (TLD) in the Domain Name System (DNS) of the Internet. The domain was added in the late 1980s by the Network Information Center for the use of NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, based on the rationale that none of the then existing top-level domains adequately reflected its status as an international organization. Soon after this addition, however, Paul Mockapetris, the designer of the DNS, suggested to NATO representatives that nato.int would be a better choice. The TLD .int was created for the use of international organizations, and NATO switch to using nato.int. Without use, the TLD nato was deleted in July 1996.
