Ledger

Hello. Anyone esle experience problems using Zcash with their Ledger Nano wallet? Last week I transferred some zec coins to a new generated by ledger live zcash address and since then coins haven't been credited to my wallet despite being confirmed on blockchain long time ago. Transfer was between public t-addresses. Already contacted ledger support, but they can't help me. They just say I have to wait. Wait for what? The problem is I can't send or receive zcash. I have tried everything possible. Updated the firmware and ledger live. Cleared cache. Removed and readded accounts. Nothing helps. I need access to my coins. I started using hardware wallet for one simple reason - security. But it seems I would have been better using Coinomi or another wallet. It's just unprofessional. So many people rely on them and they release a product that is not functioning properly. Maybe someone knows a solution because I'm out of options. Thank you everyone.
