Short story, I have a lot of minor issues and bugs with Ubisoft Connect app and Ubisoft's website for the past week.

1. Today I was using the website/browser store and My Orders tab was empty. It was showing a Wallet function (which I couldn't use because It called that my country and the country that the wallet was created was different. I tried to fill an Order and the issue was the same showing different countries, so I couldn't buy a game.Resolved: I end Chrome's task from Task Manager and reset my router and this bug was fixed. Everything in Store works normally. The weird thing with this, is I was still able to be logged in my account. I don't work in IT or have further knowledge why is this allowed, when there is such an issue (dns or whatever)

2. I own Assassin's Creed Valhalla (Standard Edition) in Steam but decided to get The Ragnarok Edition on Ubisoft Connect, since it is on sales. I can normally play the game with cross-platform function and I continued normally with my most recent Cloud save.Few days ago though, statistics shown in the app and Core Challenges stopped working, and I had a bug with Units not updating after leveling up. Plus, I had to use the website to redeem XP for many challenges that the app had never counted as finished and didn't reward any XP/Units.Resolved: This seems to gradually fixed itself after a few days.

3. I tried to open a ticket for both of the above, but the Chat with the Support is not working

- My question is: Is this on my end, ubisoft's website/app or both? I am not the guy that says I never had issues with Steam, EGS or other stores, because I did and I am just worried for more serious issues I keep reading on this reddit (like account theft despite using 2FA) or in Ubi's forums.
