The vaccine did work Jason. It's saved millions of lives worldwide, and there is concrete analysis to back up that assertion. It protected us against the most deadly variants during the time they were sweeping the nation.

I initially refrained from sharing the bids publicly to avoid disrupting the bidding procedures, but since Kirkland & Ellis proclaimed the bids “have not been compelling,” I'd love to hear what the community thinks. 👀

When narcissism/bias/denial are in play, I think of it as a form of negative intelligence A genius with a fragile ego is, in practice, multitudes dumber than a humble 5th grader It’s not that they lack raw intelligence; they lack the requisite self-honesty to wield it correctly

pretending like they have no idea why they have no idea how or why things work the way they do when the answer is so obviously because Elon randomly fired or turned off everyone else so irresponsibly and all institutional knowledge and its value vaporized is truly incredible

Accounts aren’t just hit with labels that are obvious to insiders. They now found more “secret” labels which are causing shadowbans. My account was hit with all three; “Recent abuse strike,” “Recent misinformation strike”, “Recent suspension strike.”

And now to opine wildly: I think attorneys will rely on AI in the future. Like a rider with a horse. Even though they can both do a lot independently the AI still needs a rider to help navigate difficult issues.

Honestly this seems like a great pivot that will serve consumers better. AI definitely has a place in the legal services market. A market w/ a huge a2j problem. Hopefully in the future it can help attorneys serve those clients with less or no access to legal service.

There isn't a lawyer that will get out of bed to help you with a $400 refund. Thank you all for the feedback regarding the Airpods situation. As much as I love to experiment, I have to stay out of jail if I want to help people fight Comcast!

I've been going in pretty hard on @DoNotPay and @jbrowder1 for the past couple of days, and I've had a lot of people defending the service, saying that it could be a real boon to those who can't otherwise afford legal aid.

The chaotic scene exemplified the flawed medical response — captured in video footage, investigative documents, interviews and radio traffic — that experts said undermined the chances of survival for some victims of the May 24 massacre. washingtonpost.com/investigations

This isn't nearly enough money to lose the ability to practice in front of SCOTUS. 1) It's not allowed, and 2) LOL.

DoNotPay will pay any lawyer or person $1,000,000 with an upcoming case in front of the United States Supreme Court to wear AirPods and let our robot lawyer argue the case by repeating exactly what it says. (1/2)

Just kind of obsessing over the amazing and perfectly-framed satellite imagery today of the inbound California storm. This is a *textbook* mid-latitude cyclone, with well-defined warm and cold fronts, and it's even developing an eye-like feature near its center. #CAwx
Animation depicting visible satellite imagery of offshore "Bomb Cyclone." It is essentially a classic mid-latitude cyclone, exhibiting textbook structure.

I don't think I've ever seen a "stop defaming my client" letter go sideways like this before. lmao.

This is a terrible blow to your case @Cobratate - being arrested for human trafficking tends to make it hard to sue people for calling you a human trafficker.
