Rant, Apex streamers kind of suck now..?

I'm getting more and more annoyed. It's kind of crazy how so many streamers will swear, whine, insult/swear, and (falsley) justify any time they lose a clean, fair 1v1 or 3v3.

Streamer: Gets downed by a team because they're out of position "BRO they're so bad, they're just holding hands, bunch of p$$!es man!"

Streamer: Loses a clean 1v1 "DUDE he's one shot what a terrible player I would have won if I had an R-99, he sucks for real"

*A player uses a sniper "Man what a loser he's griefing our game and cAn'T pUSh uS sO he HaS tO SniPE"

It just sucks I used to watch like 3 or 4 streamers, but they'd die/lose and turn into giant man-babies who can't handle a loss, and can't seem to comprehend that someone can (surprised gasp) actually play better than them.

You mean they're using TEAMWORK!? to WIN the GAME!?!?!? They must be animal abusers man, who would do that.

Wait, this solo is trying to run away from the fight? To stay alive for more RP? Dude I can't believe he hasn't given up on his sad little life yet.

It's like they can't believe that players won't line up to let him kill them.? If they play cover they're a coward, of they use weapon/legend meta they're using a handicap, and if they use good movement they need to get a life..???? Bruh

The utter lack of sportsmanship, grace, and decency is kind of crazy to me. Idk man maybe I'm just in the wrong communities, but the general level of toxicity in the streaming community seems to be only rising..

Please GGG don’t balance the game around streamers

I feel like this patch went into the game with the goal of giving players like mathil and zizaran a challenge.

This is a huge mistake. These players are not normal. They often spend 600+ hours in each league and have skill far beyond regular players.

Imagine if dark souls creators looked at speed runners and said “people are beating our game in 20 minutes. We need to make it at least 10x harder!” The game would become completely unplayable for any normal person.

I feel afraid that POE could be ruined in the same way. Please just allow the pros to destroy your game so that us regular players can enjoy it.

Streamers are beggars

The only difference between begging for money on a street corner and begging for money on twitch/patreon/youtube is Air Conditioning. Either way It is most likely a rich person scamming with a "will work for food" or a "support me by buying me a coffee" sign.

UNBANNED! - Don't kill streamers if you want to keep your account

Story

Hey everyone, just letting you know I've been unbanned! I'm not sure what the best way to prove this is so I'll just attach a couple different screenshots.

(Just so you know, that KD includes scavs. I've only killed 39 PMC's in 67 raids-oof)

I was absolutely blown away by all the support I received through this. Thank you all so much for sticking with me. Say what you will about this game, but the community stands together. I seriously had 5+ people offer to buy me a new game.

Special thanks to /u/trentbraidner for reaching out to BSG and keeping me updated, /u/OnepegMG for spreading the word/straight up buying me a new game, and /u/Jinx0028 who bought me a new game too. I did not ask them to haha, but I think it's awesome they were so willing nonetheless. The amount of supportive DM's I've received has been awesome as well.

I received quite a few DM's from people who have also been falsely banned. It's clear to me that this is a far more common issue than it seems and hopefully changes can be made at BSG to counteract this. The truth is, had my post not blown up, I would most likely still be banned for months to come.

Shoot me a friend request if you ever need someone to raid with, thanks again everyone.

Can y'all point me to some streamers who manage to keep a positive attitude?

Hey, folks. I like watching people play league, I feel like I learn a lot from people in a higher ELO than myself.

I have a LOT of people followed, but over the last 3 or 4 months, everyone has just gotten bitter and sour. Even the people who were always upbeat and positive, even if they're not typing out flame to their team, they spend the back half of most games talking about how bad their teammates are and so on and so forth. And it's just a drag.

If you know of any streamers (junglers preferred) who can get through a game without trash talking their teammates and instead focus on what they're trying to accomplish to win, that'd be great.
