Not only there is absolutely zero doubt that she had surgeries on her ass, legs, waist, stomach, boobs, cheeks, nose, eyes, lips, chin, as well as a face lift on top of it, but we also saw the unedited pictures of her in her brown dior swimsuit in mexico and we know that, even after all this work, she doesn’t even look like that without filters and editing. And then she has the nerve to say in interviews that if only women "got up and worked out", they could look like that.

I swear Kim K thrives off the high of making other people, and especially women, feel bad about themselves. When you watch the show it becomes so obvious that she has this twisted need to bring other people’s self-esteem down.

What kind of person purposefully tries to gaslight women into thinking that their surgically-made body and face are attainable if only they "got up and did the work out" ? If she only wanted to hide her surgeries because she was self-conscious, I could maybe get past it, but this woman actively wants anyone else to feel bad about themselves ?
