Rash guard to my own funeral.

Hey guys, last week I got into a car wreck on the way home from a BJJ class. Unfortunately, I passed away in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. I was wearing my favorite rash guard at the time that I perished, and just want to know if it’s normal for me to wear it to my open casket funeral. I’m in heaven right now, but can hear my family discussing whether or not they should allow the funeral director to wash it before they put it back on me for the viewing. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal for someone to be buried in their rash guard?

Flu at my BJJ school

So it appears the flu is going around my academy

I started training back in July, so I’ve never gone through a flu season training BJJ.

Lots of people at my school have been getting the flu within the past week. I feel fine so far and got the flu vaccine. I am not sure if I should wait a few days or more before going back, or if I should just go train like normal.

What would you all do?
