I had an experience at a baptist church camp. It was getting close to lights out and everyone on the boys side was just joking around and being wild. One of the kids was talking a lot of smack to the youth leader (in jest), so the youth leader (under the guise of jest) got naked and jumped in his bed in front of everyone. The overall reaction at the time was that it was funny. Even the kid talking smack who just had a naked 35 year old man jump into his bed was laughing. Looking back that had to be one of the most fucked up things I have personally witnessed in person. Especially when considering that that kids parents were also present at the camp, but staying in another room.

It may work for weight loss but it doesn’t change unhealthy habits. If the people on it are happy then good for them but the way to be healthy is cutting out the bad food. Added sugar, processed foods, cheap meat, etc. Let’s make America stronger, not even more dependent on pharmaceuticals than we already are
