StatMuse is one of if not the most popular statistics accounts on social media. I actually enjoy using their website as a search engine that is super easy to use and free. They have cute cartoon graphics of players and send out bite-size info that's easy to consume and understand. AND YET, I feel like their account is the modern social media version of morning sports debate shows, except they're the only one with the microphone. They constantly shit on players in order to push agendas for others. And this isn't an Embiid Jokic thing they do it to everybody, but last night they were shitting on Jokic to praise Embiid and this morning did a "pick one" of those two. One of the best parts of NBA fandom is looking into the past and appreciating how many good players there were, and StatMuse tears town players constantly for the sake of interactions and reposts. Like I expect fans and troll accounts to do this, but as a professional statistics website, shouldn't numbers be nonbiased and agendaless? I've had their accounts blocked for months but they still show up one way or another. Sorry I didn't mean to vent but seriously this account is huge and all they do is spread negativity and toxic interactions over a children's game.
