I know that those boats are designed to do what they do but they are so ugly to me.

Yeah, I think $5 is reasonable for garage sale games. You nailed the price.

The Lost World was a big disappointment for me when I saw it on opening day.

People on Reddit seem to love Hook more than any humans I’ve talked to. I think it’s pretty decent except when the daughter sings.

I saw this in the theater and when Christian Slater showed up for 5 seconds, all the ladies went “WooOOOOooo”.

What book should everyone read once in their life? by The-boys-51 in AskReddit

[–]robotpepper 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I didn’t read this one until I was an adult. I’m not sure how much the lessons would stick if I was a kid but beyond any of the suggestions in this post, this is the one I think is potentially important.

As far as I can tell, you are the first person to actually answer the question correctly. If they constantly undercut a brick and mortar, they will kill that market, obviously.

All my music nerd friends explained why they were different but every time Blurred lines plays in public, I get excited because I think it’s Got To Give it Up and I am then really disappointed when I realize it’s actually just that Blurred Lines bullshit.

I’m also new to it and have put in a comparable amount of hours quickly. Easily the most addicting game I’ve played in years. Simple to learn but becomes excitingly complex.

What's the best comedy movie of all time? by US30Master in AskReddit

I just watched this one for the first time, recently. Of course, it’s hilarious but what also struck me was how much care they put into really nailing the 70’s cinema feel. The props, sets, and cinematography were spot-on.

What is your favorite "loop" in gaming? by regemusic33 in patientgamers

[–]robotpepper 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Oh I completely agree with you but I just liked that they eliminated something that wouldn’t be fun: backtracking through a looted area that you already cleared of enemies. In defense of their design, a lot of time it’s a locked door that you unlock from the other side.

I always felt Skyrim did a good job with this in caves. You basically pop out near the beginning when you complete the area. It so convenient and shows how much they cared to design it that way.
