The Role
The Online duty manager is responsible for delivering a market-leading, highly profitable eCommerce operation which provides exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for creating a customer-focused culture delivering key objectives linked to people, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Online Manager and Online Assistant Manager
- Supervise picking sections across Fresh produce, Liquor, Perishable, and Grocery
- Ensuring orders are dispatched on time
- Ensure personal shoppers are fulfilling orders 100%
- Ensure personal shoppers are substituting products were necessary during the pick process
- Out of stocks escalated to the replenishment team
- Ensure QA process is followed to ensure customers are receiving perfect orders
- Provide on-the-job training
- Ensure the store is meeting safety compliance
- Ensure the store is meeting food safety compliance

- Must be available to work alternate shifts morning, evenings, and weekends.
- Retail or FMCG experience is an advantage ideally managing a large team
- Forklift license desirable
