An industry leading agricultural organisation is seeking an Agricultural Service Technician to deliver exceptional in-field service.

This role requires a hands-on, professional service tech who can live and breathe unrivalled customer service standards. A mechanical background and experience within the Ag industry are highly advantageous. The suitable candidate will be mechanically skilled and customer service driven and have a real want to “fly the flag” for the brand.
Reporting to the General Manager, the primary components of your role will include:
- Providing comprehensive in-field service across machinery delivery, set up, service, warranty and repairs;
- Fostering and maintaining exceptional relations with customers, suppliers, and internal departments;
- Collaborating across multiple departments including design, sales, and service;
- Ensuring all aspects of the business comply with government regulations regarding safety, environment and accountability;
- A high level of communication and negotiation skills.
This role will require in-field application of mechanical knowledge and customer service across Queensland and New South Wales. Although based in Toowoomba, approximately half of this role will require you to be in a client-facing position in the wider community delivering, setting up and servicing machinery. Therefore, the ability to travel is essential. To be successful, you will bring both a passion for agriculture and quality-built machinery.
