Tell me more...Provide efficient and effective leadership, co-ordination and management of Thursday Island Hospital operational services team, employee accommodation portfolio, supply services department and patient accommodation facility(Meriba Mudh).

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership, management and advice at a strategic level together with a skill and knowledge in the management of a large multi-disciplinary service delivery organisation.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing both internally and externally.
• Ability to manage the operations of a support service team in co-operation with other supervisors and managers in an environment of organisational change.

Requirements for the role:

• There are no mandatory qualifications for this position. However, TCHHS values the enhanced work performance which may be gained from the expanded knowledge base and skills acquired during formal tertiary training and encourage both existing and potential staff to participate in lifelong learning.
