To assist in driving our strategic and operational goals, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated people manager to lead transformation, performance and system improvements within the City Infrastructure and Traffic Operations business unit.

This role will lead a team as well as support existing teams in improving performance, processes and system development across the Unit.

This role is key in ensuring effective data analysis and development of business improvements to work systems, processes and operational procedures to deliver optimum performance from service providers and in-house teams.

You will provide effective leadership to ensure operations and information systems are managed efficiently, and strategic objectives, governance requirements and customer expectations are met.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in successfully implementing culture change, business transformation and continuous improvement within a diverse and complex team environment.

You will have tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in Business Management or a related discipline, with related competencies and experience in change management and system implementation.
