Just finished

A Feast For Crows and A Dance With Dragons Boiled Leather Reading Order by George R.R. Martin This was my first re-read of this series and when I got to AFFC, I decided to do a combined reading order since the storylines both take place during the same time. It may have been the best decision I ever made. This combined reading order was excellent and it made AFFC and ADWD both significantly better when read together than when read separately.

AFFC and ADWD are both really good. Brienne's storyline this time around was very interesting. Surprisingly I also loved Dany's storyline in Mereen. But Jon Snow became one of my favorite characters after ADWD. I just wish we had more books after this one as I am dying to know what happens next.

Come on George. Let me get TWOW at least. I'll give this combined order a 9.5/10. Separately I'll give ADWD a 9.5/10 and give AFFC a 9/10.

Just Started

Champions of the Force by Kevin J. Anderson Just started it and I already see some clunky dialogue. This is like reading a "its so bad its good" kind of book. Somewhat enjoying it so far.

The Trial by Franz Kafka Still really good so far.

I did love the worldbuilding in Anderson's Jedi books. But... yeah.
