If it’s for gaming the 10400 should be more than enough for anything they throw at it. And an upgrade to 11th gen would be a waste given the performance gain from 10th to 11th was minimal. If you upgrade the cpu just got straight to 12th gen or 13th (when it comes out), of course you’d have to get a LGA1700 mb.

I HIGHLY recommend getting a new PSU. CiT is an awful brand, inefficient, cheap parts, and likely not getting the wattage you paid for.

I recommend looking at this tier list here:

If you want your parts to last and your PSU not be the source of failure... of fire, I recommend tier B or better for mid range (which it looks like you have a mid range build here).
