A little about me- I've been in coffee since 1999 and in that time I've worn many hats! ⛑️🎩👒🥳🎓🧢 Barista, cafe manager, espresso trainer, espresso blend creation & management, consultant, competitive barista, head judge and, most notably, coach of 3 world champs 🏆🏆🏆💜🥰

And I'm down to talk about any or all of it 🤙☕

My favorite coffee job of all is helping folks get the coffee experience that THEY want 💜🙏✌️

All good things must come to an end - if I didn't get to your question, I'm sorry <3 I had so much fun. y'all! Great questions! I promise will be doing this again.

If you have questions in the meantime, you can check out my profile and chat with me on Curated at - curated.com/e/holly.bastincurated.com/e/holly.bastin I'm available on there, off and on, but will answer as soon as I can :)

We are so excited to have an AMA for the second time. (feels like a full circle moment)

See Previous AMA

We are The critics, a filmmaking collective based in Kaduna, Nigeria. We are popularly known for making sci-fi films with smartphones.

For the past three years, we have been working on a short film inspired by the god of iron in Yoruba mythology called Ogun. The film was produced in association with Morgan Freeman's company (Revelations Entertainment) and it follows the story of Ola, a brash teenager who discovers he is the reincarnate of a demi-god.

Working on this film has been a very inspiring and worthwhile ride for us as filmmakers.

We got morgan freeman to do a voice-over for the Trailer and we put out the film a few days ago.

You can see the film HERE

We know that some of you might not be familiar with the language Yoruba, its mythology, gods, or even not know it existed. We are here to answer any questions you might have about the film, our lives e.t.c

So let's get this ball rolling, LOL!

Hi, we are the Scientific Advisory Board of the Food Packaging Forum, a diverse group of researchers investigating how chemicals in consumer products affect our health, green chemistry, plastic and chemical pollution, microplastics, endocrine disruption, and so much more!

The Food Packaging Forum (FPF) is a science- based NGO investigating how food packaging, especially packaging's chemicals, affects human health. FPF is organizing this AMA to provide the unique opportunity for Redditors to ask questions of a room full of scientists dedicated to this and related subjects. Participating scientists include:

Pete Myers, Leonardo Trasande (u/leotrasande), Olwenn Martin, Maricel Maffini, Ksenia Groh, Jane Muncke (u/BetterDecision8918), Martin Wagner, Lisa Zimmermann, Birgit Geueke, and more!

You may have seen FPF's research on r/Science in May which hit the front page: >1500 chemicals detected migrating into food from food packaging (another ~1500 may also but more evidence needed) | 65% are not on the public record as used in food contact | Plastic had the most chemicals migration | Study reviews nearly 50 years of food packaging and chemical exposure research

Proof! EDIT: Better Proof!

EDIT: We are heading out. Thank you so much for hanging out with us and asking such great questions! We hope to do this again! Bye!

EDIT 2: Hi All- It has been a few hours and I see more questions are coming in. Thank you for your continued interest! It's almost 11pm in Zurich so we are all heading to bed but I (Lindsey, FPF communications person) am copying questions into a document that I will email to the scientific advisory board to try and get a few more answers! Thank you for making this event a success!

EDIT 3 (10:30am Zurich):
