Are piercings professional?

This! Believe it or not, my classmate who has bright neon pink hair has gotten comments about it from 3 different professors during all 3 of the classes I have with her.

Piercings in uncommon areas probably will get comments too, if not verbally, definitely internally

People who don’t/didn’t go to their Barrister’s Ball, do you wish you had?

I went to the barrister’s ball last year, and it was very underwhelming. My partner didn’t know anyone and I don’t like to dance. So it was really just sitting at our table and watching everyone and opening up some conversations with others 🤣 I am thinking of not going this year, and was hoping to hear from other people that didn’t go either. I’m wondering if anyone ended up wishing they had gone

Who’s the weirdest classmate you ever had?

This is super freaky. I would also think she may have gotten disappeared. I definitely wouldn’t put it passed a student having reported her to someone because it is a very jealousy-induced competitive field in law school. This gives me the creeps!

This is crazy to me because it’s known in any professional setting to not ask someone what their pay is, not especially casually. Idk how I’d even react to a student asking me this when I’m an attorney. It is very inappropriate.
