Sarfaraz Khan (actor)

Sarfaraz Khan (born 22 April 1976) is an Indian film actor and producer who has worked in films like Tere Naam and Wanted.

He is the son of the actor and dialogue writer Kader Khan. His brother, Shahnawaz Khan, is also an actor. Sarfarz Khan is managed by M Models and Talent Management Agency in North America.

He is a Swiss diploma holder in hotel management.

In 2012, he formed the Kal Ke Kalakar International theatre company with his father and brother.

Sarfaraz Khan

Sarfaraz Khan, born Mirza Asadullah (d. April 29, 1740) was a Nawab of Bengal. Sarfaraz Khan's maternal grandfather, Nawab Murshid Quli Khan of Bengal (Bengal, Bihar and Orissa) nominated him as the direct heir to him as there was no direct heir. After Murshid Quli's death in 1727, Sarfaraz ascended to the Masnad (throne) of the Nawab. Sarfaraz's father, Shuja-ud-Din Muhammad Khan, then the Subahdar of Orissa, getting to know it arrive at Murshidabad, the capital of the Nawabs of Bengal with a huge army. To avoid a conflict in the family the dowager Begum of the Nawab asked Shuja-ud-Din to ascend to the Masnad after Sarfaraz abdicated in favour of his father. However, circumstances led Shuja-ud-Din to nominate Sarfaraz as his heir and after Shuja-us-Din's death in 1739, Sarfaraz Khan again ascended to the Masnad as the Nawab of Bengal (Bengal, Bihar and Orissa).

Early life and succession

Born Mirza Asadullah, sometime after 1700, Sarfaraz Khan was the son of Shuja-ud-Din Muhammad Khan by his wife Zainab-un-nisa Begum (alias: Azim-un-nisa Begum; d/o Nawab Murshid Quli Khan of Bengal). Sarfaraz Khan was the grandson of Nawab Murshid Quli Khan of Bengal who died on June 30, 1727. In absence of a direct heir, Murshid Khan nominated Sarfaraz Khan to succeed him. Thus, Sarfaraz Khan ascended to the Masnad (throne) as the Nawab in 1727 before abdicating in favour of his father Shuja-ud-Din Muhammad Khan in the same year.. On hearing of Sarfaraz's accession to the Masnad, Shuja-ud-Din Muhammad Khan, the Diwan Nazim of Orissa, marched at the head of a large army towards Murshidabad. To avoid a conflict in the family, the dowager Begum of Murshid Quli Khan intervened; and her son-in-law Shuja-ud-Din ascended to the Masnad of Bengal. By August 1727, Shuja-ud-Din was firmly established and recognised as the second Nawab of Bengal.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain

Aamir Liaquat Hussain (Urdu: عامر لیاقت حسین‎; born 5 July 1971) is a Pakistani politician and broadcaster. He has been the host of the TV program Aalim Aur Aalam on ARY Digital since 6 August 2010, previously appearing on Geo News hosting the show Aalim Online. Hussain contested in 2002 and he was elected to the National Assembly affiliated party with Muttahida Qaumi Movement. He resigned from his post as a member of the National Assembly and from his seat as the Minister of Religious Affairs in 2007.

In 2005, an investigation into his background revealed that his degrees were fake. In 2008 he was expelled from Muttahida Qaumi Movement.

Early life

Hussain was born in Karachi. His father Sheikh Liaquat was also a member of the National Assembly. He won a seat in 1997 after having joined the Muttahida Qaumi Movement in 1994.

TV career

He started his television career from PTV and was fired shortly. Hussain said, "A few years ago, I did a program for PTV, but was soon asked to leave since the programme producers there believed that I did not know how to speak, and that I did not have the right manners to make a conversation. I was quite heartbroken for sometime after that."

History

ARY Digital, formerly known as the Pakistani Channel, was launched in the United Kingdom in December 2000 to cater to the growing demands of South Asian entertainment in the region . It uses Samacom, a monopolising uplink provider based in the UAE, as the uplink teleport station.

The channel started off with a format more closely resembling that of PTV Prime and other South Asian channels where it provided slots for soaps in general while presenting an hourly slot for news headlines. Although, flaming political talk shows and dramas were the main priority when it came to programming, the network soon was hailed for its news coverage.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Bhuvneshwar Kumar (born 5 February 1990) is an Indian international cricketer. He plays for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket, and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League. Kumar is a right-arm medium-fast bowler who swings the ball both ways efficiently, and a useful lower order right-handed batsman, which makes him a nice bowler & a lower order batsman. His talent was first noticed in a T20 match against Pakistan, where he successfully took a three-wicket haul. In the ODI series that followed, he bowled a magic delivery to Mohammad Hafeez - cleaning up his stumps and thus ensuring his place in the Indian squad for the rest of the series. He later proved to be a match winner for India.

Kumar's maiden wickets in each of the three formats of international cricket (Twenty20, One Day International, and Test cricket) were bowled.

Early life

Bhuvi was born on 5 February 1990 to Kiran Pal Singh and Indresh in sharma family in

Bulandshahar. His father is a sub-inspector with the Uttar Pradesh Police and his mother, a housewife. It was his sister Rekha Adhana, who encouraged him to play cricket and took him to his first coaching centre when he was 13.
