Henry getting checkdowns?!
I was praying for this when they played the Bills, but now they may actually be moving in this fashion for him he’s going to continue going off. The fact he got 5 is huge going forward, because even if he doesn’t get this many each game he could consistently get 3-4 per game ROS.

He had something like 20 catches last year before going down...dude is a legit tank -- just needs steam to pick up and plow the way
This was among one of the best case scenarios for Henry imo. Getting 5 receptions means more opportunities but more importantly more high value opportunities and more consistency with his scoring options. Since people have been claiming that Henry is a step slower than his prime, getting that consistent reception workload is a huge + for henry going forward rather than just a huge boom week off of a few huge runs. Not to mention, a win vs. the raiders is huge as it means the likelihood that the titans shut the entire thing down to rebuild is lower and you can expect consistent usage and top rb1 performances from henry. I am much more scared of ekeler, cook, mixon now.
It's one game and is one of his highest number of receptions in a game in his career.

I understand the pessimism, but the fact they even tried giving him checkdowns was a huge sign. He’s a fucking tank and this is a direct, easy solution for them to at least move the chains you know?
