Sadly this is the situation in most major cities/industrial areas in india, people with hand cranked tricycles bearing a lot load than they can carry just for shitty compensation.

I bet he won't get more than $4 for this much labour. :(

I have run out of petrol twice on a highway and each time another biker came and pushed me to the nearest pump. It's a joy when they do this and not demand anything in return. Some people truly are beautiful from the inside.
