It's basically a bad Long Guard. This would not be a great stance irl, the body mechanics would make it very easy to knock his guard away, so you will not see real swordsmen do it. More or less a taunt.
Actually it's very reminiscent of an actual fencing stance called Point-in-line. As defined:
The point in line position is a specific position in which the fencer's sword arm is kept straight and the point of his weapon continually threatens his opponent's valid target.
So a swordsman might use it to force the opponent to make a move to advance within attack range allowing the defender (the one using point in line) the opportunity to counter attack quickly from an advantageous position.
It is great that people who were previously convicted for marijuana possession are being pardoned (hopefully all of them, cough, Kyle Myers), but I do not approve of student loan forgiveness. It's paid for with money extorted from people who can only work, sleep, and die, for a bunch of spoiled brats who never learned the value of monetary income and wouldn't know hard work if it bitch-slapped them with a shovel.
