Hi. I’m 20 and my health anxiety is the worst it’s ever been. A few years ago I went through this thinking I had heart disease cause I was getting awful chest pains and arm aches. Went to the ER twice and all was fine. I ended up on meds but my life went back to normal. 4 months ago I went off the meds cause I felt “good” which ended up being a big mistake. I caught Covid and then mononucleosis right after this and have been feeling things ever since. I’m currently scared I have a brain tumour or MS/ALS. I’ve had head pains, tingles all over my body, muscle cramps and now muscle twitches or contractions idk. My anxiety is the worst it’s ever been to the point I don’t even wanna be alive it’s just too much. I can’t even tell what’s real and what’s not anymore.

Yeah myself. I’m on week 5 of mono and had bad headaches and head pains. I got stressed that I had a brain tumour and have had horrible anxiety this whole month. And now all of a sudden I have all this.

Yes randomly and a lot. Do u have headaches? I got 1 injection and take supplements.
