I tweeted about an issue with at 9:43 pm. Sent them information on DM at 9:52 PM. They called me at 10:08 pm and called me back with a resolution at 10:10 PM. No organisation or private company has a turn around time like this. Very very impressive!

@IRCTCofficial Anyone can help me on the issue of AC temperature. I'm traveling in train no. 22183 - Saket Exp in B2-27 and PNR is 8355557478 and the issue the temperature of AC is very low and its very cold that need to be adjust on some tolerateable. Kindly help us on this.

Today I boarded a train(19412) from Rupnagar and I bought one water bottle , the price of the bottle is Rs 15, the vendor which is just close to the entrance gate is selling it at Rs 20 no matter what the MRP. #no bill #no mrp, @CPRONCR @RailMinIndia

@RailMadad @SWRRLY @rpfswr It's been more than 6 months since i filed artical lost complaint at YNK and even filed e-lost report in Karnataka Police website but there was no use Ivisited YNK many times to ask and they were like we have lots of other cases too so you go home 😔

I m travelling in Ac2 Ranchi Rajdhani train number 12454, the catering services in the premier train has gone worse. Pathetic word can be used. It needs drastic improvements, no timing till now morning tea has not been served. Food standard is very pathetic . @RailMinIndia
