As the title states I'm trying to add a PVC flange to my original cast iron flanges. All the research I have done states to use closet flanges that you can tighten on the inside of the original pipe. This won't work in my case because the original pipe is angled and the closet flange is too tall to fit within the pipe. (See my approximate drawings for context).
The only possible solution I could come up with is to use a PVC spacer, and use some epoxy or bonding substance to mate the two flanges together.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Want to make my garage into a liveable space. The land is on a slope with the garage on the lower end and the rest of the house above it. Most of the downstairs area looks dry except for one room which is revealing some lime build-up and small leaks with lots of rain. It appears that on the other side of the wall (double brick) that shows most wetness, which is in the house's underground section, there was a French drain installed before we bought the house. So perhaps most of the lime is old and the drain fixed things, but there are still small damp spots appearing inside.

I'd love some tips on what I should do to make sure all goes well. Should I dig up the French drain to see if it was installed properly? Or should I try just trust that its doing ok and use some waterproof flooring and maybe a bit of water paint stuff?
I'm new to this so any help would be great!
I got WS2818b LEDs. I will cut them into segments.
Connect the LEDs to 3 pin connectors
Then I will run some wires from the breadboard/arduino to the other end of the connectors.
So it goes LED <-> Connector <-> Wire <-> Breadboard
How do I secure these wires? (Both ends) Do I slide on heat shrink, solder the wires into the connector pins, then heat shrink the whole connector?
What about the breadboard side of things? Wires into clamps and heatshrink or something?

What about adhesion to the motorcycle?
Further non-led information: The breadboard will hold connections to a 12V-to-5V converter, an arduino/esp for the lights, and the wires from the LEDs and any splicing I do (i.e. to the brake signal/turn signals).
Hello all,
I've had a dead bush in my backyard for a few years and I cut it down today to about about a 2-3" stump sticking out of the ground. I have a fire pit about 5-6' to the side, but I was wondering if I moved it and rebuilt the pit around the stump, would it eventually burn the stump away? Any potential issues in doing this?
