I've been trying to find a good SMTP service for sending support emails to users of my small site. I use Protonmail for all of my infrastructure accounts.
The two largest industry players for this, Sendgrid and Mailjet, instantly suspended my accounts without notice or explanation on creation. Attempts to contact support resulted in termination without any stated reason:
After attempting a third site, Sendinblue, I was notified that I can't make an account because Protonmail is a "temporary email service".
I suspect all of these big tech companies are using distributed lists which mark Protonmail as suspicous in all cases, resulting in issues creating accounts, outright suspension without notice, etc.
Am I the only one having issues like this? I'm genuinely shocked given Protonmail's size.
[Edit] A lot of people say https://pm.me/ is working better for them
