Best thing to do now is make another account. If you talk to anyone on reddit, let them know you're making a new account, tell them the name of the new account, and go on from there. I know it's a huge decision and it's uncomfortable, but speaking as someone who has also been stalked and harassed, if they're just going to keep making new accounts, it's time to make your own and transfer everything. Don't bring up the fact you have a stalker on your new account. Have a username that isn't close to the one you are using right now.

I was in a relationship with someone who watched pornography like that and it was awful to say the least. I'm 17, he's currently 16. Now is not the time for gentle parenting. I personally would put in more restrictions with internet access. Get one of those wifi things that you can turn off with your phone maybe? If he gets physical with your sister, threaten to call the cops. If he doesn't stop when you threaten, call them. He can be charged with domestic abuse I believe depending on the severity of everything. At least that's what it's like where I live. If he's ever put on medication, make him open his mouth after he takes it. Tell him to lift his tongue and stretch open his cheeks to check if he's faking taking it.

Do whatever you can think of. Because if he's acting like this now, who knows what he'll be doing as an adult. But as for now, you are the adult. Stand your ground. Do not let him make rules for you.
