Stop issuing tourist visas to Russians. Visiting #Europe is a privilege, not a human right. Air travel from RU is shut down. It means while Schengen countries issue visas, neighbours to Russia carry the burden (FI, EE, LV – sole access points). Time to end tourism from Russia now

Exactly for what? If you want Estonian citizenship there is a defined process you can follow - though it probably will be harder than some other countries in EU. Main point - if you want it, come here, learn the language and love the country.

They may have the visa but couldn't we like, add a 24h negative PCR test requirement or 10 day stay at isolation hotel they have to pay for before leaving to a country who can't be trusted to give accurate info and that may pose health risk for EE/LV/FI population?
