Mental health here. I went exactly 10 years fumbling through life not knowing what was wrong with me. A disastrous 10 years. Eventually enough was enough and I looked through all my medical problems I was hiding from myself and I thought there may be something there. Sure as shit, service connected. I am now getting the help I need. 10 years wasn't too late to file the claim but it was 10 years too late in my book. I should have been able to connect the dots sooner but never did. I wish you the best.

Never-mind ... just called and it was generated from an email my regional office sent me with some informal communication. Seems very unnecessary this popped up in my claims.

Will consider deleting this thread but unsure if discovering this would be helpful for future searchers.

Hi friends,

I am awaiting an increase claim that as of today, is still in "preparation for decision." I however noticed this random correspondence claim pop up and have no idea what it is about. The only clue I can think of, is exactly 30 days ago (from this correspondence thing), I clicked the "decide my claim asap" button.

My increase is still not decided.

Any idea what this could be about?

Both have been in and out. Sometimes there is a different error and I think "ooo, piece of candy - could this be an update? Then it comes back and it's not an update. Then it goes away again. Maddening.
