I deleted almost everything for the 3rd time few months ago but now I again see over-shilled meme crap like NIO, MSFT, TSLA, BABA, PLTR

Why is IKBR doing this? Is it only happening to me?

I'm trying to customize my fibonacci levels in TWS, and have been unable to figure out how to do that so far.

Basically, what I want to do is change the default %'s and preferrably colors. Does anyone know how to do that?

Another thing I have been unable to figure out is how to hide my pending orders from the chart.

IBKR Lite or IBKR Pro? https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=45500

What market data subscriptions do I need?

If you only want all of US equities + options it's this:

i) NASDAQ (Network C/UTP) = 1.5 USD/month ii) NYSE (Network A/CTA) = 1.5 USD/month iii) NYSE American, BATS, ARCA, IEX, and Regional Exchanges (Network B) = 1.50 USD/month iv) OPRA (US Options Exchanges) = 1.50 USD/month.

Totalling: 6 USD/month.

If you need level II data, then you should add: v) ISE Options = 10.00 USD/month vi) NYSE AMEX Options = 11.50 USD/month vii) NYSE Arca Options = 11.50 USD/month viii) NYSE ArcaBook = 11.00 USD/month ix) NYSE OpenBook = 25.00 USD/month x) NASDAQ TotalView-OpenView = 15.00 USD/month xi) NASDAQ Options Market = 11.50 USD/month

Totalling: 95.50 USD/month

There are bundles available, but they often come with other less useful datasets.

Can't trade ETFs?

EU residents can't unless you qualify as a professional client. Instead, use UCITS-compliant products, buy indirectly through options, synthetic positions or futures.

Margin Req. Changing prior to election

Margin requirements (initial and maintenance) are going up prior to the election.

Does IBKR automatically convert currency?

No! Depending on the account you "have to" do it before or after. Most cash accounts (like TFSA accounts) you have to do it before you trade. Margin accounts instead can usually buy the stock and create a negative balance of the foreign currency. You can then settle that after (or keep it negative and be charged interest).

TWS Latest, Classic or BETA?

Hard to say always. Typically you would use latest, as it is more stable than beta. Beta however has the most recent fixes and seems to have the same reliability.

Be careful of splitting costs! $100 USD fee per each DWAC. Hopefully that changes.
