Sounds exactly like a woman who stalked & still stalks a police officer at the department I worked at. One of our younger officers responded to a call (I don't know the story of how it started) but the woman he helped became obsessed with him. She would show up at the department every day. She would email his official city email address dozens of times per day. Called the main phone lone dozens of times. She still does it to this day, and it's been about 3 years now. She would make up stories (or legitimately believed) that he would sit outside her house in his car and was stalking her. She'd send emails in about how he needed to stop stalking her. He was moved off of road patrol because of this woman and moved to a different division because she knew his cruiser number and would follow it around. As far as we know she has no weapons but 'm sure eventually something's going to happen with her and it'll be the same old story in the paper about how "she was known to police". You can't just stop a person from calling 911 or visiting a police station, and they won't charge her for anything because it looks bad on the department.

I had a 2014 Honda CRZ which also had rear windows to imitate the CRX. It was very annoying at first but I definitely grew to like how it hid headlights behind me.

I personally would agree with that sentiment, but I don't know if it would go that way in court. In Rittenhouse's case, his first shots at Rosenbaum were in an enclosed area with the aggressor within distance to have his hands on the gun. The second series of shots were after he was on the ground being rushed by a mob. I think it isn't unreasonable for someone in the situation of OP's video to believe their life is in immediate danger but I also think Rittenhouse's case would be an easier sell than this one (and we know how difficult that one was).

That's how it is in the US as well, if I'm understanding you correctly. You can be in illegal possession of a firearm in the US but you are fully within your right to use it to defend your life. When the dust settles, you'll get hit with a weapons under disability/illegal possession charge (which usually means prison time) but you won't get charged for actually shooting.

Taking back the streets? By riding bicycles and skateboards in them? That's what freedom is? Not the freedom to travel safely from your home to work without being mauled by an angry mob for trying to be a functioning member of society?

Yeah this screenshot and ~~this screenshot~~ are scenes not present in the copy that was released. The first release was 06:52 in length. A second copy 13:31 in length was released after but just shows footage prior to the initial release, they cut off at the same time.

Edit: Second screenshot is definitely fake after spending more than 3 seconds looking at it. I was in the original 4chan thread and saved every image I could find. My bad.

I mean, I don't know what other kind of defense they'd have to go with. Dude documented his entire process online, recorded it. There was a lot of research involved on his side.

I'm just surprised not more has come out of this case. There's still a guy out there likely from his same college who recorded the stream via Discord (had bookmarks in his browser to the website for SUNY Broome Community College). Who knows what that dude is up to now.

The shooting happened less than a year after Dallas announced they would start issuing bodycams to officers. I don't believe most officers had bodycams at the time.
