This will protect your privacy and allow you to use other software that doesn’t get turning off by the test monitoring software.

There are several options out there for staying "green" during the day, but the most inconspicuous is simply opening Excel and scrolling down with something weighted on your arrow (Such as, allegedly, a golf ball or small paper weight). It takes over 9 hours to reach the bottom row with standard settings, which should keep you green for a full day!
Other options have included downloading external software or running YouTube videos in the background, but the Excel option does not require additional approvals or place you on your company's data usage report.
Happy Slacking!

I actually had a couple of arguments with my girlfriend about this. I can cook pretty well, while she makes... Acceptable dishes (they are not bad, but there is always something wrong)
While watching her cooking I've noticed that her only, real, BIG mistake is the fact that she does something else while cooking. This brings a lot of problem like overcooking, forgetting spices and, the most important thing, you don't notice if something went wrong, like some sauces getting too dry. A lot of this event can be easily fixed by just watching what you're doing and react
This attitude, IMHO, is enforced by the fact that she follow recipes strictly: if the recipe say to cook it for 5 minutes by side, she put a timer on a go play with her phone
The only thing, in my opinion, you're allowed to do is clean the mess you do while cooking, but always look at what's going on
So, as an italian who can cook pretty well, my advices to anyone who says "I don't know why my cooking skill sucks" are, in order:
If you're cooking, YOU ARE COOKING, nothing else
Recipes are a guide, not a plan
If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean
P. S. And learn from your mistake, if you've got something wrong the first time, undestand why. If you keep repeating the same recipe, you'll repeat the same mistake

We are all too quick to rely on numbers just stored in our phones to call someone by just clicking on their name. If you lost your phone, who would you call and what is their number? If you don't have their number memorized (8/9 or 10 digits) how would you be able to contact them?

It's easier to learn the words to a song than it is to memorize a string of numbers, even if the words to the song are just a string of numbers. So when you teach your young kids your phone number, try to "sing" the numbers using a simple tune.
I did this with my kids, it took less than 3 minutes of practice two days in a row and they remembered my phone number perfectly, and still retain it many years later. The tune I used was nothing more complex than just alternating slightly higher and lower notes, with a slight pause between the groups of numbers.
