I am trying to unmount my google nest floodlight camera from the junction box. But the damn anti theft screw (under the camera mount) is all stripped off and won’t budge. Any suggestions on how I can get it off? I tried the Allen Key it comes with - no good.

Don’t want to break the device. Can really use some help!

We had basically the same shower handle before and it broke and the tub was on non stop. Plumber came in and replaced it but handle was facing up instead of down. Old handle went from off to cold to hot in one direction, now it's left for too cold and right is too hot. Can I just unscrew the handle and flip it or does that require pulling the cartridge too?
