Carfax turned up negative when I bought it but you know what fixed the headlight issue? Changing to LED bulbs. It has been much better since then, no bulbs have gone out.

One thing that is amazing about this one (so far) is there have been no photos of the shooter, no mention of its name. Fuck that guy. This is how it should be. I don't have much faith the media won't blow this up though.

It has also taken the vocal minority to a new level. This US is far more diverse than the crying leftists online.

This retard calls someone out for name calling of all things, says conservatives are pussies and bitches. And then nopes out.

Man Shot After Disrupting Traffic Stop By Charging At Officer With Hatchet by RustyMcTavish in RealGunFights

[–]Buy_Once_Cry_Once 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he just got out and charged the officer? That's a 50/50 chance my dude. so what he had nothing in his hands. Does the officer know anything about a large dude coming out of his vehicle suddenly? Weapons in his waistband?

He wasn't there to give him flowers man. Most courtrooms would still find this legally justified for the reasons I mentioned above. The threshold of defense is reasonableness under the circumstances and this officer most certainly had it in spades.

My GTR 3 Pro easily lasts about 15 days or so. I have some sensors turned off, and I charge it every 3rd day or so when I'm in the shower.

Super sad. On a side note, with the video link you're responding to, I did not see those references you stated at the video time stamps.

Ok so let's be specific about this because I didn't just learn about it yesterday.

The Supreme Court in Gonzales v Castle Rock determined that even if some legal mechanism was established prior (restraining order) the police have no duty to actively enforce that up to and until your death.

What I'm referring to is the specific wording in § 242 code of officer misconduct that can hold them criminally liable for willfully or intentionally failing to enforce the law when otherwise witnessed.

Yeah and he would have been in plainclothes. You mean to tell me this guy sat there loaded for bear, and he did nothing while his own child died?

Exactly they were spurred due to in-action on behalf of the police. Let's not forget that's why they wanted to charge in in the first place.

Hold them accountable.
