This blew up more than I thought.
I want to add: Therapy can help you identify ways to solve your environmental problems, set boundaries with toxic people ect but if your life is tough it is ok to feel it, toxic positivity is harmful and sometimes no matter how hard you pull on your bootstraps they don’t move.
Sorry for suggesting Google Drive!! I forgot it makes stuff public, which is not very nice. I just wanted to put something related because I thought someone could comment "Well but I don't have storage on my cellphone for that". Google Photos is definitely better.
This minimizes you increasing their stress, avoids a defensive outburst about you rushing them and takes the focus / pressure off them by having them think about estimating YOUR time left to get ready for whatever activity you are headed to.
I often wouldn’t even get a ballpark time response at all when I would ask something along the lines of “how much longer?”.
This strategy however should get you a rough timeline of how much more time you have to wait without the added tension, which is especially useful if you are the type that can lounge around for an hour waiting and then get ready in 15min when needed.
Interest rates are at a maximum of 3% right now and as low as 1% for some borrowers.

**Edit, apparently it works in Firefox and other browsers**
Never bother your friends again to call your phone when it is lost, just have the computer do it for you.
Apple and Alexa both have ways of doing this as well, but I don't use them.
PS: Please let me know if this is actually common knowledge, I honestly wouldn't know.
It’s amazing. I haven’t bought much, especially those “Oh, man, I gotta run to Walmart to grab x” type of things. Usually I can post on there and get most things in a few hours. It’s perfect for sticking it to corporations and saving cash, plus you are reusing stuff that probably will go to a landfill.
Things I have gotten: iMoms baby swing, brand new Porsche kids car, trampoline (both a big one and a little one), an entire swing set, too many baby and toddler toys, shoes, clothes (I only have to supplement occasionally), cribs and mattresses with sheets, easel (used as Christmas gift), shelves, expensive jogging strollers (yes multiple), sports equipment, various trinkets and small things, toddler cups and plates (my dog eats them all), glasses (my toddler smashes them all), and so much more. All of this stuff is free and usually pristine.
Also, I can get rid of my stuff by just setting it on the porch, and other people (my neighbors) will come and take it, often within the day. Totally worth it.
Check your Facebook groups, neighborhood apps, etc and ask around, you will not regret it.
