In late September a candidate for school board in Post Falls, ID was exposed as an antisemitic, homophobic, and misogynistic troll. The candidate, Dave Reilly, who was endorsed by the Kootenai County Republican Party, had tweeted that Iran should have bombed Israel, and that women shouldn’t have the right to vote.

Kootenai County GOP Endorses Antisemite For School Board In Post Falls, Idaho

In late August, antisemite Dave Reilly announced his intention to run for a school board position. Reilly, who promoted the white supremacist “Unite the Right” rally and repeatedly disparaged Jews, gay people, and women on social media, has been endorsed by white supremacists. Most crucially, however, Reilly has support from his local GOP.

ASU Student Group Invites White Nationalist To Give A Speech

Updated | On Jan. 13, 2021, College Republicans United (CRU) — a far-right student group at Arizona State University — announced on Twitter that they would be hosting speaker Vincent James Foxx on the 25th. Foxx is a California-based white nationalist vlogger who founded the Red Elephants media collective.

White Supremacists Are Angry That Conservatives Didn’t Support Them After ‘Unite The Right’ Rally

During the August 12, 2020 episode of The Daily Shoah, hosts Mike “Enoch” Peinovich, Alex McNabb, and Jazzhands McFeels marked the third anniversary of the white power “Unite the Right” rally. The hosts alleged that conservatives angered at the removal of Confederate statues should have supported the rally attendees — and appeared bitter that this support never came.

Rep. Glenn Grothman Embraces Racist, QAnon-Supporting Candidate As A ‘Free Spirit’

As the GOP struggles to distance itself from the unhinged QAnon conspiracy theory, at least one congressman — Rep. Glenn Grothman of Wisconsin — has indicated a willingness to work with believers who are elected to Congress. Indeed, Grothman appears to have encouraged them during a recent interview in which he referred to QAnon-supporting candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene as a “free spirit.”
