    Five years of increased expenditure on schools, hospitals, water and power - all this while maintaining revenue surplus and improving Delhi's fiscal health. This was possible because Delhi has a non-corrupt govt which uses every paisa of taxpayer money on public welfare.

    He's confusing the Delhi govt and AAP. But old habits die hard. Congress always treated govt Treasury as it's private property so I understand where he's coming from.

    Union Environment&Climate Change Minister, P Javadekar: I think it's unfortunate that a CM instead of finding solutions to mitigate pollution is into blame game. Instead of spending Rs1500 cr on ads, if Delhi govt gives it to farmers of Punjab&Haryana, it will be more beneficial.
