200 cr vaccines is a significant milestone: all credit to Modi govt, vaccine makers and entire public/pvt health system. After initial failings, to have reached a target in 18 months is commendable. Only China which claims to have given 340 cr vaccines has administered more.

Most of our judiciary at lower court level is run by inefficient judges, corrupt clerical & notary staff, incompetent lawyers. Almost all judgements are taken at this level. Not many people appeal at HC level. Forget SC. This is exactly where India is stuck and broken.

The SC handed back a 60 year old land dispute case to the Allahabad High Court that it had kept for 16 years, & that the High Court had previously given its judgement on after listening to it for 31 years. How can such an inefficient system ever provide justice to the people?
