    Calendar Club Day 1 May 1 = 1000 meters rowing Reps = day of month. Tomorrow will be 2000 meters. You can do it with any exercise: running, biking (miles), push-ups, pulls ups, crunches, squats, planks (time)

    A body at rest definitely wants to stay at rest … but I managed to get it done! Treadmill day in the books. I felt every step but I’m glad I got it in.🏃‍♀️

    10 Miles on a great Sunday morning. 😀 Saw a few other runners out there which was nice. Plenty of hill work today. My legs are feeling good.
