Today I did chanting mantra for 30min before rehearsal. It has no meaning. It brings alignment, it’s calming, & it’s healing. It stops the rumination we have in our minds. It clears space so we can focus, & it makes the music better, which also has no meaning. ☯️🌱🐙 #meditation

I introduced a friend to mushroom, spinach, veggie pizza, no cheese. He loved it, he & his wife order it like that now. Not #vegan, but I’ve gotten them off cheese. Also hooked them on plant burgers. Might never go vegan? But probably doing more than a meatless Monday folks. ☯️🌱

Part of the reason for #meditation is to not becoming the tail wagging the dog, & to not be ruled by one’s emotions. That is most definitely not a perfect science. Better is better, still not perfect. One wise phrase from my old meditation coach, “we never stop being human”. ☯️🌱
